Article Processing Charges

Lion City Conferences operates on an open-access model funded through an Article Processing Charge (APC) paid by authors or their institutions upon acceptance.

Current Fee

The current APC is USD 15 per accepted article. This fee applies only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and been accepted for publication.

What the Fee Covers

• Editorial handling and coordination throughout the review process
• DOI registration for the published article
• Issuance of the automated, QR-code-verifiable author certificate
• Long-term digital archiving and preservation of the published record

No Submission Fee

There is no fee to submit a manuscript for review. The APC is charged only upon acceptance, ensuring that the review process remains free of financial influence on editorial decisions.

Fee Waivers

Fee waivers are available on a case-by-case basis for authors affiliated with institutions in low-income countries who are unable to cover the APC. Authors seeking a waiver should contact the Editorial Office prior to submission to discuss eligibility.

All APC transactions are processed transparently, and receipts are issued for institutional reimbursement purposes.
