Lion City Conferences operates on a rolling submission model with a high-frequency publication schedule designed to minimize delay between acceptance and public availability of research.

Publication Frequency

Proceedings are published twice a month, resulting in 24 issues per year. This schedule allows accepted articles to reach readers quickly rather than waiting for infrequent, large-batch issues.

Rolling Submissions

There is no fixed submission deadline. Authors may submit manuscripts at any time throughout the year, and each manuscript is processed individually as it moves through screening, peer review, and production.

Turnaround Time

Once a manuscript is accepted, the typical turnaround from acceptance to publication is within 7 days, covering final formatting, DOI registration, and inclusion in the next scheduled issue.

Authors are notified at each stage of the pipeline and may track the status of their submission through the OJS portal at any time.
